Keeping the Traditions – Costelão Gaucho

Last weekend I had the pleasure to bring some South Brazilian tradition to my friends in the UK. My Irish mate asked me for a proper barbecue for his Stag Do – he wanted ‘Costelão no chão’ – which means the full cow’s ribs on the firewood for around 8 hours, just as you will see on this post. Friend, food and good fun!
